LH. SJ202 is a kind of aluminum alkalescence agglomerated flux(buried arc, piled to weld). It is Spherical pellet with shallow grey, size10-60 mesh. Welding technical properties is fine. It is easy to take off dreg voluntarily. It is polished to weld groove surface, cold to endure, heat-resisting, exhausted to endure and wear-resisting. Fight the oxidize of high temperature, welding with direct current source.

APPLICATIONS:
In combination with welding wires, such as H08CrMoA\H3Cr2W8\H3CrMnSi applies to various work surfaces of wear-resisting harm, fight impact and fight the oxidize of high temperature, such as the pipeline mould of cast iron and iron roll.

THE WELD HARDNESS OF LAYER:
In combining with different welding wires, 40-50HRC\50-60HRC.

GUIDELINES FOR USAGE:
1. Dry the flux at 300-350 temperature for two hours before use
2. Completely remove rust, oil and dirt from the groove surface prior to welding.
